After booking one of our service packages you will immediately be asked to schedule an appointment for a personal or online consultation. Availability varies, so it is best to plan at least 2–3 weeks in advance. If we meet in person, we offer half day and full day consultations. Half days are considered to last around 4–6 hours, full days will be 8–10 hours. We do not count the minutes, which is something our clients value a lot. We are focused on providing our clients a Significant Enlightening Experience.

This discovery session is complimentary and is designed to get to know you… share expectations, determine if our programs are a good fit, and to ensure our values are aligned to achieve your expected goals. This is the first stage to developing your authentic image and style that truly defines the essence of you!
Wear clothing and makeup that is reflective of your lifestyle. Also, do not forget to bring your makeup so that we can give you tips on which products are complimentary of the colors selected in your color analysis.
A color analysis typically takes about two and a half to 3 hours. If you are planning to have a cosmetic makeover, please plan an additional one and a half hours.
The Color Fan contains 215 fabric swatches that make it easy to match your colors to clothing. The Color Fan comes with a FREE Fan Booklet and a Plastic Cover, perfect for protecting it while on your shopping excursion.
No. During your color analysis, we will recommend a hair color that compliments your body’s natural coloring. In addition, a style analysis will include hair cut and style suggestions. Therefore, I suggest to wait to schedule your hair appointment after your consultation because you will receive recommendations for changes.
You are welcomed to bring up to 10 items of some of your favorite and least favorite articles of clothing. You should also wear comfortable clothing that is not bulky and shoes that are easily removed. In addition, please make sure to wear your most supportive bra to the consultation.
A style analysis takes about one and a half hours.
If a Shopping Excursion is included in your purchased service package or you choose to purchase à la carte, I go where my clients prefer to go. I have favorites and recommendations but I do not have commission arrangements or contracts with any stores.
ProminentImpressions Image Consulting will travel within metro Atlanta for no charge. There will be a travel fee for any consultations outside of city.
Our general hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm. However, we offer evening and weekend appointments, which are actually preferred by many of our clients. Appointments fill up quickly. Therefore, call (678) 801-6062 to schedule an appointment or use our contact form.
Services must be paid in advance via our online payment form. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. If you would like to pay via check send it at least 5 days prior your appointment. Make it payable to Gloria Coleman and send it to P.O. Box 723192 | Atlanta, Georgia | 31139. Please do not send cash through the mail, and be aware that we also do not accept cash payment for or during the consultation.
Our payment system is secure, reliable, and convenient because we use PayPal. However, you do not need a PayPal account; we just use PayPal’s safe and secure payment methods to book our services online. You will also be able to pay with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. You can also log in to your existing PayPal account or use PayPal’s Bill Me Later option. All PayPal orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification with the credit card holder and issuing bank.
Time is one of our most valuable resources. If you have to cancel an appointment, please immediately call (678) 801-6062 or use our contact form. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations less than 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
We offer different service packages for all kinds of budgets, starting at $89.95. Individual Consultations can be booked beginning at $275 for a color analysis to a complete makeover for $1,200 includes a full-day consultation “Epitome Experience.”
