ProminentImpressions Enterprises is constantly striving to serve the customers with the best quality customer service. ProminentImpressions Enterprises constantly strive to ensure fast and efficient method of processing and shipping out orders. When orders are received during business hours, we will begin processing the same day. Unless there is a problem with the order, all orders will be processed and shipped out at a minimum of 7 to 10 business days. For shipping rates and arrival times, we will notify you via email about the specified shipping carrier with the tracking number.
PromientImpressions Enterprises ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays via USPS. All orders received before 1PM, will be processed within the same day, unless there is a lot of pending orders ahead, at which point the order will be shipped out the next day. Weekend orders will be shipped out on next business day. If there is an urgent matter with shipping please email us as soon as possible to sort them out. Once the shipment is made it is very difficult to the change it and there will also be extra charge added.
ProminentImpressions Enterprises’ goal is to help you find statement jewelry that you’ve set your heart on, and to make sure your expectations are met or exceeded. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund or exchange within 10 BUSINESS DAYS of the delivered date .
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have altered an item from its original design, which includes any sizing or engraving, it is then considered a custom order. Custom Orders cannot be returned or exchanged, all sales are final.
Our Returns Department will inspect and verify the condition of the returned item once it is received. The item must meet our Conditions of Return (see below) in order for a refund to be processed. The return process can take up to 30 business days to complete upon receipt of the item.
Conditions of return
- Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted for refund.
- Any returns showing signs of wear, damage, or abuse will not be accepted for return.
- Custom orders cannot be accepted back for a return (refund or exchange). Custom orders include, but are not limited to: items you have had engraved, rings that have been sized, and jewelry you have had personalized.
- Items must be returned with everything that was included in the original shipment. This includes the invoice slip, jewelry box, original tags, and any complementary accessories received with the product.
- Badly packaged or uninsured item returns will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were in when originally sent from ProminentImpressions Enterprises.
- Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund or exchanged.
- When returning the items please return by USPS only, (SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURNED ITEMS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY OTHER METHODS) pack all items in one package box and have the following items inside the return box.
- All Returns are only dealt through e-mail. Phone calls made will not be accounted for as having notified us with 10 business days.
- The postmark date for the return should not exceed a week from the date the return request authorization was issued, otherwise the return shall be considered late, and the authorization will be null, voided.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sublime email@example.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 2083, Mableton, GA, 30126, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds will only be made using the same method of payment used during the original purchase.
You may cancel your order within 24-hours. Once your order is being processed or has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. Please allow 5 business days to process the order cancellation.
